What program did you use to make this?

The biohazard symbol was done in Adobe Illustrator CS2 some time ago. I've exported it in Adobe Photoshop CS2, added an outer glow (0 to 100%, 10% by 10%), saved the 10 pics or so in gif format. Then I've created an animated gif with these pics using unFREEz 2.1 ([link]).
